Fund capital is deployed into real estate loans structured around defined collateral and senior-secured lending positions.
Each opportunity is evaluated based on its collateral, loan structure, duration, borrower profile and projected economics.
Investors receive information about available opportunities and the underlying investments supporting Fund performance.
MidPoint Capital Partners sources, structures, manages and services the Fund’s real estate credit investments.
HOW IT WORKS
Rather than investing without visibility into deployment, Fund investors receive deal-level information as opportunities are presented and can make allocation elections, subject to the Fund’s governing and offering documents.
